According to an Extraordinary Gazette published yesterday, March 8, 2024, the Cabinet approved several changes to the Board of Directors of the Cayman Islands Development Bank.

The changes and acknowledgements were summarized as follows:

The expiration of the tenure of Rosalie Twohey as a Director, effective 28 February 2023The resignation of Ingrid Simms as Deputy Chair, effective 27 January 2023The expiration of the tenure of Lucille Seymour as a Director, effective 29 February 2024The re-appointment of Mark Scotland, as Chair, for a further two (2) years from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2026The re-appointment of Andrew G. H. McBean as a Director for a further two (2) years from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2026The re-appointment of Daniel R. Reid, as the Deputy Chair, for two (2) years from 1 March 2024 to 28th February 2026The appointment of Rosalie Twohey, as a Director, for two (2) years from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2026The appointment of Andrew G. Hulse, as a Director, for two (2) years from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2026; andThe appointment of Cheyenna M. Calderon-Hoaglund as a Director for two (2) years from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2026.
