The event will be held at the Queen Elizabeth Il Botanic Park.
Members of the public are invited to join ‘Art In The Park’ at the grounds of the Queen Elizabeth Il Botanic Park on Sunday, April 16.
At this event (from 9am to 12pm) instructors Gabrielle Wheaton and Tiffany Polloni will hold a 3-hour workshop for beginning artists to learn the essential techniques of drawing, sketching, and composing.
Experienced students who are looking to strengthen their foundations and learn new techniques are also encouraged to attend.
Wheaton and Polloni will be working in the Gazebo by the pond, where students will have an opportunity to sketch their surroundings and work on composition. Tables and chairs will be provided.
For those students wishing to paint with watercolour, if you do not already have materials, you can let the instructors know and they can recommend a selection for you to purchase in advance of the workshop.
As the number of spaces is limited to 10, interested persons should book and pay early to secure a spot.

The cost of the experience is CI$150 with $20 to be donated to the Queen Elizabeth Il Botanic Park for each participant.
