Jamaican Man Wanted For Drug Trafficking Arrested At Panama Airport Loop Cayman Islands

The National Police of Panama and Interpol Panama reported that a 52-year-old Jamaican man wanted by US authorities for drug trafficking was arrested at the Tocumen International Airport on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.   

According to the authorities, the man was heading to Jamaica from Medellin, Colombia, but stopped in transit in Panama on Wednesday night.

The man, who was not named, will now be processed by Interpol Panama and the National Police.
