Third Annual Sunset Soca Wine Festival Set for April 28 at The Grand Galleria
The Sunset Soca Wine Festival will return to St. Thomas on April 28 for its third year, bringing back an adults-only, all-inclusive event centered on unlimited wine tastings, Caribbean-inspired food, and Soca music. Organizers say the 2026 edition, scheduled for 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at The Grand Galleria, is designed as a social experience that blends wine, cuisine, music, and Virgin Islands culture, with a community outreach effort planned the day before.
According to the release, the festival will offer guests unlimited wine tastings, gourmet Caribbean food pairings, and the chance to dance throughout the evening.
Organizers said attendees who arrive dressed in colorful, flowy attire will be able to sample all wine and food offerings, and will also have the option to purchase wines to drink on site or take home.
The event is being presented as a celebration of Virgin Islands culture, elegance, and high-energy entertainment.
“Sunset Soca Wine Festival is more than an event, it’s a full sensory experience, showcasing the very best of the Virgin Islands,” said Chief Executive Officer Cicero Miller. “We’re bringing together the finest wines, the most delicious Caribbean dishes, and electrifying Soca music to create a perfect atmosphere of indulgence, energy, and connection.”
Operations Manager Euriell “B.J.” Joseph said organizers have shaped this year’s event around the same core elements.
“This year, we’ve designed an experience where guests can enjoy unlimited tastings, exquisite food, and lively music, all while immersing themselves in the beautiful Caribbean vibe. Every detail has been carefully curated to elevate the 2026 festival.”
Before the festival begins, organizers said they will host a community service event on April 27, 2026, at Catholic Charity from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to feed people described in the release as less fortunate in the community.
The release also states that the Sunset Soca Wine Festival is powered by the Virgin Islands Lottery.
Tickets are available now at www.sunsetwinefest.com, and organizers encouraged the public to follow the festival on social media for updates.
The event is for adults age 21 and older.
