VIPD Officer Eustace Charles, 51, was found unresponsive in a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds in Williams Delight early Sunday. VIPD and the FBI are jointly investigating, while Commissioner Mario Brooks urged the suspect to surrender immediately.
