At least 32 people were reported dead and 700 injured after twin earthquakes struck near Venezuela’s Caribbean coast, damaging Caracas and La Guaira and prompting a short-lived tsunami advisory for Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the BVI region.
