Applications Matters

The Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission will consider the following applications:

SkyCity VI Airport Company is applying as a Category III — Facilities and Tourism Development Business. The application type is New, and the business location is St. Thomas/St. Croix.

Tropical Behavioral Services, LLC is applying as a Category II — Facilities business. The application type is New, and the business location is St. Croix.

Any person interested in the approval or disapproval of an application, or who wishes to make a statement regarding an application or other matter to be considered at the hearing, may appear and be heard. Persons wishing to provide comments must submit written notice to the Chief Executive Officer at least 24 hours prior to the hearing, stating the matter on which they wish to be heard and the approximate length of their remarks.

Notice of Governing Board Decision Meetings

All interested persons are hereby notified that, in accordance with V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended, decision meetings will be held following the public hearing to consider application, compliance, and/or other matters for the Economic Development Authority, Economic Development Bank, and Economic Development Commission.

Please note that the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority Board of Directors and its subsidiary Boards may enter executive session at any time during the meetings, as permitted under 1 V.I.C. § 254.
