Man Extradited From Indiana to Virgin Islands to Face Aggravated Rape and Child Abuse Charges

Alexander Burgos Matos was extradited to the Virgin Islands after U.S. Marshals arrested him in Indiana on charges including unlawful sexual contact, aggravated rape and aggravated child abuse. Authorities say he had been on active probation in Indiana.
