The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service reported that in the early hours of the morning, at around 1:30 am, they received a report of a man attacking people with a bladed weapon at a licensed premises on Seymour Road in George Town.
Upon arriving at the scene, the police found the man with the weapon and arrested him.
It was reported that the man had attacked multiple people, who had left the premises and gone to the hospital for treatment.
At the hospital, two victims informed the officers that the man had attacked them.
The victims have been treated and discharged.
The man, a 40-year-old of Bodden Town, is currently being held in custody at the detention centre and is expected to appear in court on Monday, April 15.
