Cayman Passport Office Announces Changes To Apostille Seal Loop Cayman Islands

The Passport & Corporate Services Office published a notice yesterday, April 4, 2024, announcing changes to requests for document legalislation and the design of the apostille seal.

Regarding the design, the Passport & Corporate Services Office said that starting Monday, April 8, 2024, a new seal/stamp design will be introduced to enhance their services.

From this date, all requests for document legalization will be signed and sealed by or on behalf of the Head of the Passport & Corporate Services Office.

Documents submitted on or before today, Friday, April 5, 2024 will be signed on behalf of the Governor.

The Passport & Corporate Services Office said the Legalisation Office in the United Kingdom has approved this change.

This is not expected to change the application process or online verification.

The Passport & Corporate Services Office said they appreciate the public’s understanding and patience during this transition.
