Governor Albert Bryan Jr. has nominated 18 areas across St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John for federal Opportunity Zone benefits, including the former HOVENSA site, Renaissance properties and Cruz Bay, with final approval resting with the U.S. Treasury.
