All USVI Public Schools Open Monday; Lockhart K-3 Start Delayed, SCEC Gym Roof Repair Set for One Week

Education says every public school will open Monday on its normal schedule except Lockhart grades K–3, whose start is delayed for contractor work. Grades 4–8 will report as scheduled, while SCEC gym roof repairs are expected to take about one week total.
