Bryan Vetoes Plan to Divert WAPA Fuel-Tax Money to Hospitals, Approves 15 Other Bills

Bryan says diverting fuel-tax revenue from WAPA to offset hospital electricity bills could weaken the utility and burden ratepayers. He also approved $2.5 million for behavioral health, $1.8 million for St. Thomas abattoir repairs and St. John roadwork.
