Former Nodus International Bank CEO Tomás Niembro Concha was sentenced to 112 months in prison after admitting a $24.9 million fraud scheme and conspiracy to evade U.S. sanctions involving a Venezuelan individual tied to state oil company PDVSA in Miami.
