Calypso Inc. Defends $272,170 ARPA Award, Says Funds Supported Youth Music Programs Over Three Years

King Derby and program director Ronald Phillips said $272,170 was released from 2022 to 2025 for literacy-through-music camps, after-school instruction and performances, with monthly reports, receipts and proof of payment required by OMB before release.
