Public Notice: VIEDA to Hold Public Hearing and Decision Meetings on March 4, 2025

The V.I. Development Authority (VIEDA) has announced that a public hearing will be held by the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (VIEDC) on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be conducted virtually via Zoom, and advance registration is required for all attendees.

Public Hearing Details

The VIEDC will review the following application during the hearing:

Any individuals interested in supporting or opposing the application or presenting statements at the hearing must submit written notice to the Chief Executive Officer at least 24 hours prior to the hearing, including the topic of discussion and the approximate length of remarks.

Governing Board Decision Meetings

Following the public hearing, decision meetings will be held to discuss application, compliance, and other matters for the following entities:

  • Economic Development Commission
  • Economic Development Bank
  • Enterprise Zone Commission

The VIEDA Board of Directors and subsidiary Boards may enter executive session at any time during the meetings, as permitted under 1 V.I.C. § 254.
