Police Say Man Taken To Hospital With Multiple Lacerations Loop Cayman Islands

The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service said that just before 6 am today, Saturday, March 16, police were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communications Centre to the hospital, where it was reported that a man attended in a private vehicle after sustaining multiple lacerations. He is currently in the hospital being treated for what is believed to be serious and life-threatening injuries.

The investigation suggests that the man was involved in an incident in Linwood Street. He fled the location on foot and sought assistance from a passing vehicle on Shedden Road, who transported him to the hospital immediately.

The police are investigating the incident, and detectives are seeking the public’s assistance. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the George Town Police Station at 949-4222.
