According to the Ministry of Tourism and Ports, Hon. Kenneth Bryan has been appointed by Her Excellency Governor Jane Owen as the Deputy Premier for the Cayman Islands for seven days, effective March 13, 2024.

Accepting the appointment, Minister Bryan said:

I am honoured to accept the role of Acting Deputy Premier and I am grateful to Governor Owen and the Premier Hon. Juliana O’Connor Connolly for entrusting me with this opportunity.

This experience will undoubtedly deepen my understanding of this senior leadership role and will allow me to make a greater contribution in service to the people of the Cayman Islands.
