Humane Society of St. Thomas Curtails Animal Intake, Spay-Neuter Services Over $181,250 GVI Debt

HSSTT says it will stop accepting lost, stray, abandoned or homeless dogs and cats on behalf of GVI beginning July 1 after months of payment efforts, citing $181,250 owed by the government and directing animal welfare inquiries to Agriculture officials.
