Last week, the Department of Environmental Health (DEH) informed the public that registration is open for two Food Hygiene training sessions at the DEH office at 211 Stake Bay Road, Cayman Brac. The first one was scheduled for Tuesday, March 12, and the second is for Tuesday, March 19, 2024, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
A registration fee of $15 per person, covering all materials, should be paid at the Treasury office at the District Administration Building, 19 Kirkconnell St, Cayman Brac, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
