According to the Government’s “Bonfire” website, interested parties must submit bids for the construction of new playing field facilities for John Gray High School (JGHS) by Friday, May 10, 2024.
The winning contractor will be asked to:
Undertake asbestos removalAttend to the demolition of the existing buildings and structures at the Cayman Islands Further Education Center site (known as CIFEC) located at 497 Walkers RoadPrepare and install two football pitches, a cricket pitch, a long triple jump area, and other sports playing field facilities, including basketball/netball courts, together with any “fixed” equipment and fencing, and landscaping
Bids must be submitted at https://cayman.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/ by the May 10, 2024 submission deadline.
Bids submitted to a different location or after the submission deadline will be rejected.
Bidders and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of CIG other than the Procurement Contact ([email protected]) or the Central Procurement Office concerning this procurement. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the bidder’s disqualification and the rejection of the bidder’s bid.
