VIPD arrested 27-year-old Roland Richardson III Tuesday, one month after his 4-year-old son, Jeziah Azir Richardson, died from a gunshot wound. He faces involuntary manslaughter, child neglect, child abuse and aggravated child abuse and neglect charges.
