Bryan’s Final Budget Proposes $958.2 Million in General Fund Spending as Eight-Year On-Time Submission Streak Ends Term
The FY2027 plan totals $1.04B across funding sources, more than $600M below FY2025, with $958.2M in General Fund appropriations, higher projected tax revenues, a $5M reserve deposit and priorities in infrastructure, recreation and housing.
