DPNR Announces Coastal Zone Management Decision Meeting

The V.I. Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) announces that, pursuant to Virgin Islands Rules and Regulations, Title 12, Chapter 21, Section 904-9, meetings of the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

The meeting will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.

The committee will convene a decision meeting on Federal Consistency Determination No. CZM0040-25 concerning the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority Administrative Building.

Proposed improvements to the facility include partial interior renovations, the addition of a vertical circulation corridor, and miscellaneous minor site improvements, including the addition of 14 parking spaces and sidewalk improvements.

The project site is located at Nisky 35 Southside Quarter, Subbase, Crown Bay, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00801.
