KPMG in the Cayman Islands announced that “after careful consideration and in response to recent legislative changes, the firm has “converted to a Limited Liability Partnership (“LLP”) effective as of Sunday, October 1, 2023.”
KPMG explained that the decision to convert to an LLP was strategic and aimed at enhancing business operations.
“We believe this change will bring several benefits to both our firm and our clients,” KPMG added.
KPMG assured clients that the “change will not disrupt” their “ongoing commitments and relationships.”
Providing further comfort, KPMG noted that they do “not expect any significant changes” to their day-to-day business operations.
KPMG continued:
