Changes in garbage collection days and waste disposal centre opening times have been made because of the approaching Hurricane Teddy, the Government said this afternoon.The Ministry of Public Works said Thursday and Friday collections would go ahead as normal, but later collections would change.• Monday and Tuesday’s – September 21 and 22 – garbage will be collected on Saturday.Waste Disposal• Marsh Folly Compost Facility will be open from 7.30am to 7pm Wednesday to Saturday n
