According to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) of the Republic of the Philippines, local and national elections will take place in the Philippines on May 9, 2022. In connection with this, embassies of the Philippines around the world will be assisting with postal and mobile voting exercises for registered voters. One of these mobile voting exercises will take place in the Cayman Islands from April 23 to 27.
The mobile voting, to be conducted pursuant to COMELEC Resolution 10751 on behalf of the Embassy of the Philippines in Washington, D.C., will allow 109 female and 114 male registered Filipino voters in Cayman (who are not disqualified to vote under the laws of the Philippines) to cast their vote for president, vice-president, senators and Party List Representatives in the May 2022 elections.

Voters may personally submit their sealed accomplished ballots at the outreach venue until 6:00pm on April 27, 2022. They may also return their accomplished ballots by mail to the Embassy of the Philippines in Washington D.C.
