Festival Del Mar, a two-day Easter celebration that honours “Celebrating All Things of the Sea”, took place in the picturesque fishing village of Island Harbour this past weekend on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th April, 2023.The event was well attended and enjoyed by all with activities including swimming races, a B-Class boat race, and a wide variety of seafood dishes. During the weekend event, patrons were entertained by Anguilla’s own string bands, Djs, local bands and groups.The Festival Del Mar Committee would like to say ‘Thank you for making this event a great success. Everyone had a lot of fun and commented on how much fun it was to catch up with friends and family and how delicious the food was.
