Below are the COVID-19 figures released by Public Health for March 28.

Positive cases

Positive cases for the period from March 25 to 27 are as follows:

25/03/22: 41

26/03/22: 19

27/03/22: 29

Active cases

There are 478 estimated active cases of COVID-19 in the Cayman Islands.


Three patients are currently hospitalised for COVID related causes and of these, two are unvaccinated.

Rolling average

The 7-day rolling average for 28 March is 40.

Sister Islands

The Sister Islands also noted no new cases since their last report, meaning total cases since the beginning of the pandemic remain at 652.
