Positive cases reported to Public Health for the period from March 22 to 24 were as follows:

Active cases
There are 494 estimated active casesof COVID-19 in the Cayman Islands. Three patients are currently hospitalised for COVID related causes and of these, two are unvaccinated.
Rolling average
The 7-day rolling average for 25 March is 37.
Sister Islands
The Sister Islands also noted 1 new case since the last report, bringing total cases since the beginning of the pandemic to 652.
