Public Health has released the below COVID-19 figures for March 22, 2022.

Positive cases

Positive cases reported to Public Health during this period are currently as follows:

20/03/2022: 15

21/03/2022: 48

Active cases

There are 442 estimated active cases of COVID-19 in the Cayman Islands.


Two patients are currently hospitalised for COVID related causes and of these, both are unvaccinated.

Rolling average

The 7-day rolling average is 30.

Sister Islands

The Sister Islands also noted 2 new cases since the last report, bringing total cases since the beginning of the pandemic to 647.
