An application has been submitted to the Department of Planning for final approval of four residential units on the Walsingham House property, better known as Tom Moore’s Tavern, by property owner and restaurateur Bruno Fiocca.Members of the public may not be aware that this application is going forward as the required red sign alerting the public is posted within the Walsingham House property, at the back of the restaurant.
