Our Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best winners are decided by you: real travelers going, trying, and sharing your experiences.

These are the best spots out there, according to, well, the best travelers out there.”

#1: Palm Heights

Palm Heights ranked as the cream of the crop, with Trip Advisor readers referring to the hotel as “iconic.” The hotel ranked a 5/5 in the categories of location, cleanliness and service and received a 4.6/5 for value with an overall rating of excellent across 180 reviews. Palm Heights was also rated as the top hotel on Seven Mile Beach.

Said Stephanie S. in her review:

Hurry, hurry to Palm Heights! It is the height of luxury, without pretense, the height of hospitality without being overdone, and the height of good taste without being stuffy… The hotel is well appointed – never a scramble for a beach chair or towel, and the water magically appears in your glass while sunbathing. The food at Tillie’s is super, with lots of healthy options. The beachside seating can’t be beat for beauty and comfort. A special shout out to Carla the concierge for maintaining composure with even the most demanding guests, she is supremely knowledgeable and always helpful. Kudos to Deborah who works tirelessly to keep the staff on point, and Francesco who makes sure diners are satisfied. It’s clear the managers here care about the guests and take great pride in their work. Enjoy the rooftop yoga, it’s worth getting up for; movies under the stars are fun and the Happy Hour drinks are creative and fun. Don’t wait too long to book Palm Heights as it will not take long for the rest of the world to find this gem.

Said a review by Jo:

We recently returned from our family trip to Seafire and it was an incredible week. My wife and I have been to Cayman twice before so we knew that staying here would be a great treat. The service is impeccable! Between Paul/ Calvin at the door, Enis/ Thalia at the front desk, Maria/ Daisy in housekeeping and Luis on the beach – you could not ask for more. I can go on and on but the staff definitely went out of their way to accommodate us. The high end touches were great as well – providing [a] rose at check in, wine for our turn down on the 1st night, plenty of sunscreen/ aloe at the beach and pool as well… Our daughter also had a fantastic time at Camp Seafire! The massage at the spa was also excellent, I recommend trying them out.

So happy that the Ritz is open again. What a spectacular treat! The service, rooms, beach, gym and setting are amazing. They have onsite free Covid testing so you can easily complete the testing to come back to the US. Each employee was nicer and more helpful than the prior one. I am already planning my next trip! Well done, Ritz!
