Fewer than 1,000 homes were still without power this afternoon as Belco crews continued Hurricane Paulette restoration efforts.All main lines had been restored and electricity was back on for more than 24,000 customers by 4pm.A total of 837 outages remained across the island, including nearly 200 in Pembroke and more than 100 each in Paget, Devonshire and Southampton.Belco president Dennis Pimentel said: “I would like to commend our road crews and those working behind the scenes for
